- Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Sweet Link Studio LLC. By accessing and using our website design and development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
- Services Provided Sweet Link Studio LLC provides custom website design and development services. Our services include, but are not limited to, website layout design, content management system integration, e-commerce solutions, and support and maintenance services.
- User Obligations You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your business needs as required by Sweet Link Studio LLC during the service engagement process. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account.
- Payment Terms Fees for our services are due as specified in the individual contract or service agreement. Payments are due on the terms agreed upon in your contract, typically either upfront, in milestones, or upon completion of the services. Late payments may be subject to late fees and suspension of services. All payments will be made in the currency of USD. We accept all major credit card providers.
- Intellectual Property Rights Upon full payment, the finished website and all associated intellectual property rights, excluding third-party materials, will be transferred to you. Sweet Link Studio LLC retains the right to use completed projects and related designs for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy If you wish to cancel your service, please contact us at hello@sweetlinkstudio.com. Cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the terms specified in your individual service agreement.
- Delivery Policy All products will be delivered digitally. Sweet Link Studio LLC does not sell physical products. All products will be web based an relevant web credentials will be shared upon delivery.
- Return Policy Sweet Link Studio does not accept returns. All sales are final.
- Limitation of Liability Sweet Link Studio LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the services rendered.
- Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sweet Link Studio LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
- Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Sweet Link Studio LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Changes to Terms Sweet Link Studio LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our site. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.
